Find a tournament that fits your team.

Start with the players. Not just the calendar.

Open the tournament directory and narrow your search to the relevant age group, playing format and area. Check dates and levels where listed, so you can focus on tournaments that make sense for the team.

The practical details matter, too.

Open the tournament page and check age group, playing format, level, venue and available places. Read the price, registration deadline and organizer's conditions before deciding. If information is missing, clarify it with the organizer.

One directory. Two ways to register.

Follow the registration link on the tournament page. For tournaments using Matchbase registration, enter your team's details here. For external tournaments, continue to the organizer's site. Payment and confirmation depend on the individual tournament's conditions.

See what fits the team.

Take your age group and playing format into the tournament directory. Explore your options and check the details.

Always read the specific tournament's conditions before registering.

Before you register

Do all tournaments use Matchbase registration?

No. Matchbase lists both tournaments with registration on the platform and external tournaments. The registration link on the tournament page points you to the appropriate place.

How do I choose the right level?

Check the divisions and levels listed on the tournament page. Level descriptions can vary between organizers. Contact the organizer if you're unsure which division fits your team.

Is there still a place for the team?

Check the displayed availability for the relevant division. For external tournaments, confirm current availability with the organizer. An illustration or a place shown in the directory is not a reservation.

Who handles payment and cancellation?

It depends on the tournament and registration route. Read the organizer's payment and cancellation terms, and use the contact details on the tournament page if you have questions.
