Football tournaments for every age group, all year

Matchbase collects football tournaments from clubs and organisers across Denmark in one place. You will find training tournaments, one-day events and overnight cups for children from U6, youth teams up to U19 and adult teams. Every tournament page shows the date, venue, age groups, format, price per team and registration deadline.

The season follows a fixed rhythm. From October to March tournaments are played indoors in halls of roughly 20 x 40 metres, often with boards and matches of 8 to 12 minutes. From April to September play moves outdoors onto grass and artificial turf, with the busiest weekends around Easter, Ascension Day and Whitsun. The Danish FA's main rule for formats is 3v3 for U5 to U7, 5v5 for U8 to U10, 8v8 for U11 to U13 and 11v11 from U14.

Creating a tournament on Matchbase is free. The organiser sets up divisions, prices and the match schedule, teams register in a few clicks and receive confirmation by email, and the schedule can be shared with parents as a link. A typical one-day tournament costs 300 to 800 DKK per team, while overnight cups start around 1,500 DKK per team.
