3v3 football tournaments

3v3 football is the perfect format for the very youngest footballers. With just three players per side on a small pitch, every child is constantly in the game and involved in the play. This gives far more ball contact than larger formats and is ideal for U5 and U6.

3v3 football is the format that gives the youngest footballers the best and most intense experience with the ball. With just 3 players per team and a small pitch, every child is in the game throughout the match – there's nowhere to hide. That means plenty of ball touches, lots of dribbling and constant activity. The format was designed by the DBU especially for the U5 and U6 age groups and is today the standard format for Denmark's youngest footballers.
