3-a-side football in Denmark

3-a-side football – also known as 3v3 – is the official standard for the youngest age groups (U5–U6) in Danish youth football. The format is approved by the DBU and used at all official tournaments for the youngest. It's designed to give children aged 4–6 the best possible experience with the ball, with plenty of activity and minimal waiting. Nowhere is there more ball contact per player than in 3-a-side football.
